The news comes by way of http://www.ign.com/videos/2013/11/12/call-of-duty-ghosts-video-reviewActivision's first quarter earnings report, and covers both North America and Europe, two major markets for Activision products. In addition to Call of Duty: Ghosts' meteoric success, Skylanders Swap Force is also a huge commercial success for Activision; it was part of the third best-selling franchise in both territories in 2013. Not surprisingly, both Call of Duty and Skylanders are getting new entries in 2014. The newly-announced Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is due out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on November 4th, 2014. As for Skylanders, the all-new Trap Team is primed for launch on the aforementioned pieces of hardware on October 5th, 2014.
